Overview

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager or Supervisor to join our team to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume quick service workplace. Reporting to the General Manager/Restaurant Owner, this role is responsible for operational execution, team leadership, and financial performance while ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction are consistently achieved. This posting is for an existing vacancy.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Guest Experience

- Lead by example on the floor to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service.
- Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and speed of service.
- Manage inventory, ordering, waste levels, building maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
- Maintain clear daily communication across shifts and handle guest concerns professionally.
- Achieve sales and transaction targets while controlling Food, Paper, and Labour costs.
- Oversee cash procedures, time card verification and operational reporting.

People Leadership

- Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members to build a high-performing team.
- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and motivate staff to achieve operational targets.
- Foster an open,



respectful workplace with strong communication between team members, management, and ownership.

Health, Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and employment legislation.
- Maintain workplace safety programs, conduct inspections, and investigate incidents when required.
- Train team members on safe work practices and ensure adherence to all operational policies and procedures.

Hours of Work/Schedule:

Must be available 5 days per week (4 weekdays + 1 weekend)
