You Will
- Coordinate the upload, maintenance, update, and removal of marketing content across CRM and digital platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely execution (excluding content creation).
- Maintain customer-facing content and support the configuration of core marketing content within the CRM platform.
- Manage digital marketing assets, including banners, campaign creatives, promotional content, offer information, and other online marketing materials.
- Support the setup and execution of basic marketing campaigns across EDM, SMS, App Push notifications, Electronic Shelf Labels (ESL), and digital platforms under the guidance of senior team members.
- Monitor and manage the lifecycle of marketing materials, including scheduling, content updates, version control, expiration, archival, and retirement.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure customer-facing content is accurate, consistent, functional, and aligned with brand guidelines prior to publication.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, E-commerce, Merchandising, and IT teams, to support the timely execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Maintain organized digital asset libraries and ensure marketing materials are properly categorized, accessible, and up to date.
- Support the continuous improvement of content management processes by documenting procedures, identifying operational efficiencies, and assisting with system enhancements where appropriate.
You Should Have / Be
- Bachelor's degree or College Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, content management, CRM,
or e-commerce; new graduates with relevant internship or co-op experience are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with CRM, Content Management Systems (CMS), or Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure the accuracy and consistency of customer-facing content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, promotional campaigns, and content management principles.
- Retail, grocery, or e-commerce experience is considered an asset.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) is considered an asset.

Shift 5-day work week (Monday to Friday), 9:00am – 5:30pm (Actual working hours may vary slightly by department, depending on operational needs.)
