We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help deliver effective, well-organized marketing across Urbandale’s communities and product lines.
This hands-on role combines marketing coordination with design and production execution. Working closely with the Director, Sales, Marketing &
- Product Development, Assistant Marketing Manager, sales teams, internal departments, agencies and suppliers, the Marketing Coordinator helps keep marketing projects on time, on budget and focused on their objectives.
The successful candidate will thrive in a quick-paced environment, enjoy solving problems and take pride in getting the details right.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Coordination
- Support the delivery of marketing deliverables across collateral materials, print, digital, signage and campaigns.
- Contribute to marketing briefs, schedules, budgets, approvals and deliverables.
- Support community and model launches, promotions, move-in-ready campaigns and other marketing and sales initiatives.
- Work with internal teams, agencies, media partners, photographers, printers and suppliers.
- Follow up on outstanding items to ensure timelines and milestone dates are met.
- Ensure all marketing activity reflects Urbandale brand standards.
Digital &
- Content Coordination
- Maintain accurate and current website and landing page content.
- Manage social media content calendars and coordinate approved content, graphics, photography and video.
- Support email marketing, digital advertising and marketing automation.
- Monitor social media channels and coordinate responses when required.
- Conduct research to support marketing initiatives and Urbandale storytelling.
Design &
- Production
Create,
update and coordinate production of marketing and sales materials using established templates and brand standards, including:
- Site plans and price lists.
- Feature sheets, specifications and floor plans.
- Model home floor plan variations.
- Community maps and sales support materials.
- Model home, move-in-ready and sold signage.
- Flags, sales signage, hours signage, brochures and handouts.
Review materials for accuracy, consistency, quality and production readiness, and prepare artwork for print or production as required.
Marketing Operations &
- Events
- Ensure sales teams have current and accurate marketing and product materials.
- Maintain marketing assets, photography and production files.
- Coordinate sales centre displays, signage and promotional materials.
- Assist with award submissions, community launches, open houses, sponsorships and charitable events.
- Participate in event setup, including installation and presentation of signage and marketing materials.
Measurement &
- Research
- Track website, campaign, lead and engagement performance.
- Support marketing dashboards and reporting.
- Conduct competitor, customer and market research.
- Help identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness.

Technical Skills
Proficiency or experience with:
- Microsoft Office.
- Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator and Acrobat.
- PDF markup and revision management.
- ClickUp
- Slack
- HubSpot
- WordPress.
- Canva.
- Social media platforms.
- Email and digital marketing tools.
- Google Analytics and related reporting platforms.
- Customer relationship management and enterprise resource planning systems.
Experience preparing production-ready artwork and working with printers and signage suppliers is an asset.
Education &
Experience
- College diploma in marketing, communications, graphic design, business or a related field required.
- University degree in a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in marketing coordination, design, production or a related role preferred.
- Homebuilding, real estate or new home marketing experience is an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence required.

Work Conditions The position is primarily office-based but requires regular visits to Urbandale communities, sales centres, model homes and event locations.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required. The role may also involve moving and installing marketing materials and signage.
