We’re a proudly Canadian, independent retailer with two boutiques in Langley and Burnaby, carrying beautiful lingerie, swimwear and sleepwear in a truly inclusive range of sizes. Our customers come for the expert fit, stay for the experience, and tell all their friends.

Now we’re growing, and we’re looking for someone to lead the way we tell our story.

THE ROLE

This is where strategy meets style. You’ll shape how FYL looks, sounds and shows up, from Instagram to inboxes to our boutique windows, and turn outstanding ideas into campaigns that bring people through the door.

You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll lead our Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator, work closely with Sonya on the big picture, and bring the kind of fresh ideas that keep everyone wondering what FYL will do next.

You’ll also learn to fit a bra. Like everyone on our team, you’ll be trained as a fitter and spend time on the floor, because the best marketing starts with knowing our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategy and brand

- Shape the FYL brand: our look, our voice and what makes us stand out.
- Build the marketing plan that helps both boutiques and our online store grow.
- Keep us ahead of the curve as social media, search and AI keep changing.

Budget and partnerships

- Manage the marketing budget and make every dollar work hard.
- Partner with our brands, local collaborators and influencers to extend our reach.

Campaigns and in-store

- Plan the campaigns that define our year, from the holidays to new brand launches.
- Bring the story into our boutiques with events, displays and community moments.

Email, ads and online

- Grow our email community and VIP program.
- Create and schedule our weekly customer emails, segmented so every message feels personal.




- Run social and search ads that turn followers into shoppers.
- Help customers find us online, on our website and in local search.

Content production

- Plan photo and video shoots that celebrate our pieces on real bodies of every shape and size.
- Keep our photo and video library organized and ready to go.

Reputation

- Look after our reviews and online reputation with warmth and care.

Results

- Track what’s working, share the wins, and use what you learn to do even better.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Several years of marketing (Minimum of 3+) experience, ideally in fashion or retail, with campaigns you’re proud to show us.
- Comfort with email, social ads and analytics tools, plus an eye for great photos and design.
- A way with words, whether you’re writing a subject line or presenting to the team.
- Big ideas, balanced with the organization to see them through.
- An outside-the-box thinker with a love for guerrilla marketing and the unexpected ideas that get people talking.
- Confidence leading a small team and building great relationships.
- Familiar with interdepartmental leadership collaboration
