MNEE App

Canada

We’re expanding our team globally, looking for the right people to help us grow.

We are creating a brand-new Marketing Operations Manager role on our Marketing team. As we evolve how our marketing function is structured, we’ve combined channel execution with the operational backbone that supports it into a single role: this person will manage day-to-day execution across our core acquisition channels — SEO, paid search, affiliate, CRM, field, and content — while also owning the systems, data, process, and budget that keep the broader marketing effort running smoothly. This role manages the work, not a team.

This role is remote, with a preference for applicants in the Eastern Time Zone (ET). This is a full-time, permanent position, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.

Role Overview The Marketing Operations Manager is an experienced, hands-on marketing generalist who manages execution of MNEE App’s core acquisition channels and the operational infrastructure the rest of the marketing team depends on, within the strategy and priorities set by the VP of Marketing. Your day-today work spans managing SEO, paid search, and affiliate/influencer campaigns, field events, content, and CRM programs to drive organic and paid traffic and conversion — and, in the same role, managing reporting, campaign and project operations, and marketing budget tracking. You’ll report directly to the VP of Marketing and partner closely with Product, Data, Finance, and Executive Management.

What You'll Do

Growth & Channel Execution

- Manage SEO & paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Apple Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Meta, and other relevant platforms) to grow organic and paid traffic, rankings, and user acquisition.

- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis, and optimize content and landing pages in partnership with Content and Design stakeholders.

- Manage affiliate, influencer, and ambassador campaigns, including partner onboarding, creative/link management, and payout tracking.

- Run conversion-rate and A/B testing across landing pages, funnels, and creative to improve performance and LTV.

- Stay current on SEO/SEM algorithm changes and industry trends, and adjust tactics accordingly.

Marketing Systems & Automation

- Administer MNEE App’s marketing technology stack, including the CRM/marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring the team has reliable, well-configured tools.

- Build and maintain lead routing,

scoring, and lifecycle automation workflows that support content and CRM campaigns, and manage integrations between marketing tools (analytics, ad platforms, CRM, CMS).

- Make basic CMS updates as needed, and help evaluate and onboard new marketing and AI tools (including tools like Claude) as the team’s needs evolve.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

- Build and maintain centralized dashboards that unify performance data across paid, organic, affiliate, and lifecycle channels.

- Standardize KPI definitions and reporting cadences, and provide the metrics and analysis that feed the VP of Marketing’s forecasts and ROI reviews, partnering with the Data Management team on accuracy and governance.

- Deliver regular performance and operational reporting directly to the VP of Marketing.

Campaign & Project Operations

- Manage the campaign intake and brief process, and run the team’s shared project management system (e.g., Asana) and launch calendar so cross-functional work — including product launches — stays on schedule.

- Run pre-launch quality assurance on campaigns and web pages: tracking, links, compliance and legal review, and brand/creative-asset consistency.

- Coordinate logistics and vendor needs for field marketing activities and events as they come up, and keep the team’s creative asset library organized and on-brand.

- Lead the development of creative assets (graphics, video, and more) using AI tools to build a content library for cross-campaign use.

- Document and continuously improve standard operating procedures for recurring marketing workflows.

Budget & Vendor Support

- Track and reconcile the marketing budget across channels, tools, and vendors, flagging variances before they become problems.

- Manage day-to-day agency, contractor, and vendor relationships — onboarding, invoicing, and coordination — with the VP of Marketing retaining sign-off on current contracts.

- Provide the VP of Marketing with clear, regular spend-versus-plan reporting.

Who You Are

- 4–6 years of marketing experience spanning both hands-on channel execution (SEO, paid search, or affiliate/growth marketing) and marketing operations or systems work — you don’t need to be equally deep in both, but you need real hands-on experience in each.

- Track record of success in SEO & paid campaign management, preferably within cryptocurrency, fintech, or tech.

- Solid understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO/SEM best practices, and proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.

- Hands-on experience administering a CRM or marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar), and comfortable learning basic CMS tools.

- Experience building reporting and dashboards, and comfortable putting together the analysis that supports forecasts and ROI reviews.

- Robust project management skills, with experience running workflows in tools like Asana, Monday, or Jira.

- Experience tracking budgets and coordinating with vendors or agencies.

- Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities; hands-on and detail-oriented, with a bias toward doing the work yourself rather than waiting on a fully scoped brief.

- Experience developing compelling creative and content using AI tools for speed, output volume, and brand-guideline compliance.

- Comfortable using AI tools (Claude or similar) as part of your regular workflow.

- Strong written communication and organizational skills, and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- A genuine interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain is preferred, not required.
