Materials Purchasing Coordinator – Windsor, ON

We’re hiring a Materials Purchasing Coordinator to support purchasing and materials management within a food manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

- Purchase ingredients, packaging materials, and indirect supplies based on production needs.
- Manage purchase orders, supplier communication, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and perform cycle counts / plant inventory checks.
- Work with suppliers to resolve shortages, delays, and quality issues.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, R&D;, and Logistics teams.
- Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier information in the ERP system.
- Support cost savings, continuous improvement, and food safety initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

- 3–5 years of purchasing,



procurement, materials, or supply chain experience.
- Experience in food manufacturing or CPG is an asset.
- ERP and Microsoft Office experience.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced manufacturing environment.
- Diploma/degree in Supply Chain, Business, Food Science, or a related field is an asset.
