About Us:

We’re a fast-growing beauty studio offering lashes, nails, brows, Botox, and more — and we’re building something special. As we continue to grow our team of talented beauty professionals, we’re looking for a Media Manager & Studio Coordinator to help run the front of house, manage the team day-to-day, and build our online presence.

What You’ll Do:

Media & Social Media Management

- Plan, create, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
- Capture & share studio moments, client results, BTS, and trending reels
- Engage with followers and help grow our online presence
- Collaborate on marketing ideas, promotions, and seasonal campaigns

Studio Coordination & Front Desk

- Greet clients, handle bookings, answer DMs/emails professionally
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a smooth client check-in/out experience
- Oversee inventory for lashes, nail supplies, skincare, etc.
- Place orders, receive stock, and manage product organization

Team & Operations Management





- Support and supervise the day-to-day studio team
- Communicate scheduling, studio updates, and key tasks
- Help with onboarding and training support as the team expands
- Be the go-to person for questions and ensure everyone stays on track

Who We’re Looking For:

- Energetic, organized, and obsessed with beauty trends
- Great at multitasking and managing people + priorities
- Confident on camera and behind the scenes (reels, stories, etc.)
- Tech- and social media-savvy (especially IG + TikTok)
- Friendly, professional, and client-focused
- Past experience in beauty, salon/spa reception, retail, or content creation is a big plus
