Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, professional, and client-focused Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician to join our growing medical aesthetics clinic in Stoney Creek.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience performing advanced aesthetic and skincare treatments and is confident providing consultations, developing treatment plans, educating clients, and recommending appropriate services.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent results while creating a welcoming and professional experience for every client.

Treatments & Responsibilities The Medical Aesthetician may be responsible for performing:

- HIFU skin tightening treatments
- Laser Hair Removal
- Advanced and customized facials
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling
- IPL / photofacial treatments
- RF and other skin-tightening treatments
- Skin rejuvenation treatments
- Client skin consultations and assessments
- Before-and-after photography and treatment documentation
- Treatment preparation and aftercare education
- Maintaining clean and properly sanitized treatment rooms
- Following clinic treatment protocols and safety procedures
- Recommending treatment packages and appropriate skincare products
- Following up with clients regarding treatment progress
- Assisting with client retention and rebooking

Additional training may be provided for specific technologies and treatments offered by the clinic.

Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have:





- Medical Aesthetician / Advanced Aesthetics diploma or certification
- Experience working in a medical aesthetics, laser, dermatology, or skincare clinic
- Hands-on Laser Hair Removal experience
- Knowledge of skin types, skin conditions, and aesthetic treatment protocols
- Strong consultation and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to confidently explain treatments and recommend appropriate services
- Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, documentation, and client care

Experience with HIFU, IPL, RF, microneedling, chemical peels, or advanced facial treatments is considered a strong asset.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 20.0 per week
