- Ensure correct sample identification and specimen requirements
- Perform routine testing, analyzer maintenance, and QC
- Maintain quality control standards and investigate missing samples
- Record, interpret, and approve laboratory test results
- Report incidents and non-conformities as they arise Requirements:
- CMLTO Registration as a Medical Laboratory Technologist
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong troubleshooting skills in technical issues
- Experience in Chemistry and knowledge of CQI preferred
