About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our team in a full-time, permanent position.

You'll be one of the first people our patients interact with, so we're looking for someone who is warm, polished, organized, adaptable, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

This isn't just about answering phones and booking appointments. You'll play an important part in creating an exceptional patient experience and keeping our clinic running smoothly.

What You'll Do

- Welcome patients and create a warm, professional first impression
- Manage appointments, schedules, and patient communications
- Respond to patients by phone, email, text, and online platforms
- Coordinate with physicians and clinical staff to support smooth daily clinic flow
- Manage referrals, patient records, and administrative documentation
- Handle schedule changes and unexpected situations calmly and professionally
- Maintain patient confidentiality and accuracy of information
- Anticipate patient and team needs and take initiative to solve problems




- Help maintain an organized and welcoming reception environment

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of medical reception or healthcare administration experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and exceptional attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
- EMR experience and medical terminology knowledge are assets
- Experience in hospitality, concierge, or high-touch client service is a strong asset

Occasional weekend availability may be required, but weekends are not part of the regular schedule.
