Overview
We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Microsoft 365 Systems / Endpoint Support Specialist to join our IT team.
Reporting to the IT Manager, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of our Microsoft 365 environment, collaboration platforms and endpoint devices.
This role combines Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, cybersecurity and user support. You will work closely with employees across the organization to ensure technology is secure, reliable, and easy to use.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for Microsoft 365 applications including M365 Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user accounts, permissions, email delivery, and data synchronization.
- Assist with configuration of enterprise systems such as Entra ID and VPN solutions.
- Assist with migration projects involving cloud services, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Monitor system performance and security; implement updates and patches to maintain optimal functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows using Microsoft 365 tools.
- Document procedures, create user guides, and conduct training sessions for end-users.
Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting Microsoft 365 cloud environments in a corporate setting.
- Strong understanding of the Windows operating system.
- Knowledge of computer networking concepts including VLANs and VPNs.
- Experience with VMware virtualization technologies.
- Working knowledge of databases including MS SQL Server.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 administration are preferred.
- Experience with mobile device management is a benefit.
Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
