R&W; Metal Fabricating and Design Inc. is hiring multiple experienced Production MIG Welders to join our manufacturing team in Paris, Ontario.

This is a full-time, permanent position with straight day shift. Our Production Welders MIG weld mild-steel components and assemblies using established fixtures and jigs in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

We're looking for experienced production welders who take pride in producing consistent, quality welds while maintaining a steady production pace and working safely as part of a team.

Day Shift: Monday–Thursday 7:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; Friday 7:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

What You'll Do

- Perform GMAW/MIG welding of steel components and assemblies
- Weld using established production fixtures and jigs
- Produce consistent welds that meet quality specifications
- Inspect completed work for weld quality and accuracy
- Handle and position components during the welding process
- Meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Follow all company health and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or production workplace
- Ability to consistently produce quality MIG welds
- Ability to work efficiently in a repetitive, high-volume production environment
- CWB certification is an asset but not required
- Forklift and overhead crane experience are assets
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong safety awareness




- Able to work effectively as part of a team

Successful candidates will be required to complete a practical weld test as part of the selection process.

Physical Requirements The position involves:

- Standing for extended periods during the shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, turning, lifting, carrying and pulling
- Frequent material handling, including lifting and moving components weighing up to and occasionally in excess of 50 lbs., with lifting equipment or assistance used where appropriate
- Wearing required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves and CSA-approved safety footwear

Compensation & Benefits
- $24.00–$32.00/hour, with starting wage based on relevant experience and demonstrated welding ability
