Valid CWB Certification required
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG (GMAW) welding on steel components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
- Fit, tack, and weld components accurately.
- Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing as required.
- Inspect completed welds for quality and defects.
- Operate welding equipment and basic fabrication tools safely.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of MIG welding experience.
- Valid CWB certification is mandatory.
- Strong MIG welding and fabrication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools.
- Comfortable performing repetitive work in a manufacturing workplace.
- Must have CSA-approved safety boots.
- Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
