- Maintain service standards throughout the shift and help ensure the team consistently delivers attentive, professional, and efficient hospitality
- Provide leadership and direction to team members during service, assisting with service flow, guest concerns, and operational issues as they arise

- Engage with guests professionally, take orders, provide knowledgeable recommendations, and contribute to a welcoming and elevated guest experience

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and guest-facing areas in accordance with company and food safety standards
- Operate the POS system accurately for order processing, payments, cash handling, and closing procedures
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining quality and presentation
- Ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service requirements, food safety standards, and company policies
- Support training, coaching, and reinforcement of service and operational standards with team members
- Collaborate with management and the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and communicate any issues requiring follow-up
