Job Summary

New Millenium Tire Centre is looking for an experienced, dependable, and safety-focused Mobile Commercial Tire Technician to join our Surrey team.

This position involves commercial truck and trailer tire service both on-site and on the road. The successful candidate will perform tire installations, repairs, inspections, roadside service calls, fleet yard service, and related tire work for commercial customers.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working independently, dealing professionally with customers, and responding to mobile service calls when required. The ideal candidate is reliable, mechanically capable, safety-conscious, and experienced with commercial truck tires.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required for customer communication, service documentation, safety instructions, and roadside coordination. Additional language skills, including Punjabi, are considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform commercial truck and trailer tire installations, removals, repairs, and replacements
- Mount and dismount commercial tires safely and efficiently
- Perform flat repairs and tire inspections
- Check tire condition, tread depth, air pressure, and visible damage
- Torque wheel assemblies according to proper procedures
- Provide mobile roadside tire service for commercial vehicles
- Perform fleet yard service and scheduled tire maintenance
- Respond to after-hours roadside service calls when scheduled or required
- Complete service calls safely in roadside, yard, and customer-site environments
- Maintain accurate work orders and service documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and management
- Inspect service equipment, tools, and vehicles before use
- Maintain the mobile service truck, tools, and work area in clean and safe condition
- Follow company safety procedures and applicable workplace safety requirements
- Assist with shop tire service when required
- Perform other related commercial tire service duties as required

Required Qualifications




- Previous commercial truck tire experience
- Experience mounting, dismounting, repairing, and installing commercial tires
- Comfortable performing roadside and mobile tire service
- Valid driver's licence
- Able to safely operate a service vehicle
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Able to perform physically demanding work, including lifting and handling commercial tires and wheels
- Strong understanding of workplace and roadside safety
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Able to work independently with limited supervision
- Professional customer-service and communication skills
- Willing and able to work occasional after-hours, early-morning, night, and Sunday service calls as required

Additional Assets
- Previous mobile commercial tire service experience
- Commercial fleet service experience
- Experience working with transport trucks, trailers, dump trucks, and other heavy commercial vehicles
- Experience performing fleet yard inspections and maintenance
- Mechanical or automotive experience
- Experience with roadside service equipment and commercial service trucks

Schedule & Hours Regular operating hours are generally:
- Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Expected hours are approximately 40–50 hours per week, depending on workload and service calls. Additional overtime may be available or required depending on business needs. This position also includes occasional after-hours roadside calls, which may occur during evenings, early mornings, nights, or Sundays.

Compensation & Benefits

- $25.00–$35.00 per hour,
