Colliers in Montreal, QC is seeking a Financial Analyst to support a leading investment sales team. You will own valuation and underwriting processes, prepare financial analyses for client pitches, and manage financial due diligence with potential buyers.

This role sits within a cooperative environment spanning brokerage, marketing and operations. You’ll bring 2+ years of underwriting experience in commercial real estate, fluency in French and English, and strong Excel-based modeling skills.
