Sweet Thea Bakery are looking for one experienced bakery all-rounder to join our team at our new location at 32nd and Main Street.

We are looking for someone local, and are NOT accepting overseas applicants, or review applications from more than 30km from the job site.

This is a full time position, 5 days a week, with two consecutive days off.

Responsibilities are to prep and bake off croissants, brioche, and other pastries; make pastry cream, butter cream, choux, cake - so the successful applicant will need to have experience and training in pastry and be familiar with production systems. You will cover for our morning bread baker on his days off, and will work earlier shifts on those two mornings. Please do not apply if you do not have specific baking experience,



as we will not be considering resumes from food workers in fast food or new people in the industry.

You should have your Foodsafe certificate (required in BC for all food handlers)

Preference will be given to someone who lives relatively close to 32nd and Main.

We are a tight team, and both front of house and back of house workers participate in the tip pool.
