Join Our Team!

Innovate Mortgages is a growing mortgage brokerage in Ontario. We help people buy homes, refinance, and renew their mortgages. We're looking for an organized, eager-to-learn person to join us part-time. We'll teach you the mortgage side, so you don't need to be an expert to apply.

What You'll Do

- Review mortgage applications and check that client documents are complete and correct
- Help calculate whether clients qualify for a mortgage
- Prepare files and send them to banks and lenders
- Follow up with lenders on anything they still need
- Keep clients and partners updated on how their file is going
- Keep files neat, organized, and up to date
- Help with social media, marketing, and general office tasks

What We're Looking For

- Strong attention to detail
- Friendly, clear communication by phone and email
- Comfortable using a computer, email, and spreadsheets
- Able to keep track of several tasks at once
- Experience in banking, finance, real estate,



or office admin is a plus, but not required
- A Mortgage Agent licence is a bonus, but not required
