Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mould Finisher to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for refining and finishing molds used in the production of high-quality plastic components.

Responsibilities

- 5+ years Tool and die maker or mould maker

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints

- Ability to set-up and operate all Toolroom machinery

- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment

- Ability to build moulds, jigs, fixtures and assembly tooling to close tolerances

- CNC set up experience

- Ability to multi- task and switch priorities as required

- Ability to train / mentor toolroom helpers or apprentices

- Computer literate (Windows, MS word and Excel)

- Be a good team player





- ? Ability to make sound cost effective technical decisions

- Ability to work flexible hours, shifts and overtime as required to meet company schedules.

- Solid GD&T; Interpretation ability

- EDM programming and Setup

- Experience with Agie/GF, Fanuc controls.

- Experience with CAM software – preferably Gibbs CAM

- Experience with CAD design software, preferably SolidWorks

- Experience manufacturing small parts with tight tolerances

- Injection moulding experience

- Knowledge of Mold flow analysis software as an asset

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
