Lead the Early Talent Recruitment strategy at Deloitte with a national focus. We're looking for a Senior Manager for a 12-14 month term in a hybrid work environment. As part of Deloitte's Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, you’ll guide the early talent recruitment process and collaborate with a national team to achieve substantial business outcomes.

Your role will also innovate an AI-enabled operating model that promotes accountability and collaboration across recruitment programs and operations. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement the national Early Talent recruiting strategy
- Lead and mentor a national recruitment team
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align recruiting efforts
- Analyze metrics to measure success and drive improvement
- Advocate for a people-first culture in recruiting practices Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment strategy development
- Robust leadership skills with team management experience
- Familiarity with AI and recruiting technologies
