1. Netskope

• Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
- Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB)
- Data Loss Prevention (DLP) — In-Line, Endpoint, and At-Rest SaaS
- SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM)
- Web Application Firewall (WAF)
- Secure Web Gateway (SWG)
- Cloud Firewall (CFW)

1. Kiteworks

• Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP)
- Managed File Platform (MFP)

1. SentinelOne

2. Akamai WAF

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing or handling an onsite customer, ideally in a remote/offshore delivery model
- Hands-on familiarity with one or more of the following: ZTNA, CASB, DLP, SSPM, WAF, SWG, CFW, SFTP, MFP
- Experience operating within a defined support-hours model (e.g., 20x6) with on-call responsibilities for major incidents
- Solid understanding of policy enforcement, monitoring, and anomaly detection within enterprise security tooling
- Ability to interpret and comply with SOW/contractual service requirements (e.g., cross-functional service attachments,



tool requirement schedules)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for managing distributed teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Support model: 20x6, with on-call availability for Major Incidents during off-hours
