In this full-time role, you will leverage your Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy to support clients through service coordination and medication management.

Your experience with adults facing mental health challenges will be essential in developing individualized treatment plans. Additionally, you will assist with daily living activities, ensuring optimal function and engagement in work, relationships, and leisure. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop therapeutic relationships with clients and their families




- Coordinate and deliver individualized treatment and rehabilitation services
- Implement, evaluate, and adjust recovery plans based on client needs
- Provide direct clinical services and education on managing illness symptoms
- Assist clients to find safe and affordable housing Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Unrestricted registration with College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- One year experience in an outpatient psychiatric setting preferred
- Valid Ontario G Class driver's license
