Engage in administrative tasks while effectively handling bookkeeping and payroll duties within a busy construction environment. As an integral part of Nawkaw Corporation's team, you will provide operational support to the General Manager, Operations team, and Project Managers.

Your role will involve maintaining project schedules and documents, along with accounts payable and receivable management. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities are essential for success in this fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the Operations team and Project Managers
- Maintain the Master Schedule, tracking project status and budgeting




- Process sample work orders for invoicing and project milestones
- Assist with payroll, bookkeeping, and financial recordkeeping
- Maintain organized office records and assist with communication Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years in office administration or project support
- At least 2 years hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
