Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! Duties

- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer support with professional phone etiquette.
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office tools, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and record-keeping purposes.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and physical—ensuring easy retrieval of documents and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars to optimize office efficiency.
- Support clerical functions such as proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform basic bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks to track expenses, invoices, and payments.
- Provide general administrative support including copying, scanning, faxing,



and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Support specialized roles such as medical or dental office tasks by managing patient or client records with accuracy and professionalism.

Experience

- Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is required; experience in medical or dental offices is a plus.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs), and QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
- Experience in data entry, proofreading documents, filing systems, and managing front desk responsibilities.
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, fax machines, and basic troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and customer support best practices to ensure positive interactions with clients and visitors.

Pay: $17.95-$19.54 per hour
