About the Role

We are looking for a creative, motivated, and results-oriented Online Marketer & Content Creator to join our team and manage the online marketing presence of multiple sister companies.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content, managing social media, running digital marketing campaigns, and finding new ways to increase online visibility, engagement, and business growth. The successful candidate will work across multiple brands and will be responsible for understanding the unique audience and marketing needs of each company.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for multiple sister companies.
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others as required.
- Plan and maintain content calendars for each brand.
- Create engaging content including social media posts, reels, videos, graphics, stories, blogs, and promotional content.
- Write creative and engaging captions, website copy, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
- Manage and coordinate paid advertising campaigns through platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.
- Monitor website and social media performance and use analytics to improve marketing results.
- Assist with website content updates, SEO, email marketing, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay current with social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing best practices.
- Work with management and internal teams to develop campaigns, promotions, and content that support business goals.
- Maintain consistent branding, messaging, and quality across all sister companies.




- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while working independently and taking initiative.

Qualifications & Skills

- 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Experience creating short-form video content, reels, and social media graphics.
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, or SEO is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Creative thinker who can bring fresh ideas and take ownership of projects.
- A portfolio or examples of previous content and marketing work is an asset.

What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is creative but also business minded. You should be comfortable working independently, creating content from start to finish, managing multiple brands, and using data and performance results to improve your approach. This position will support two of our companies: National Supply Centre and Service Rentals & Sales. In addition, the successful candidate will assist with miscellaneous tasks approximately once a month to support our other sister companies as needed.

Pay: $17.65-$25.00 per hour
