About CommunityFix Lethbridge
CommunityFix Lethbridge Ltd. is a new local business providing practical household product support in Lethbridge. Our services include product education and setup support, warranty and parts support, senior and move-in support, and coordination with qualified service providers when required.
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Operations & Customer Support Coordinator. This is a hands-on role combining customer support, community outreach, local market research, product support and day-to-day business operations. It is not a desk-only position and is not primarily a sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and help identify customer needs.
- Assist with appointments, follow-ups, product information, warranty and parts inquiries.
- Contact and visit local community organizations, businesses and potential referral partners to better understand local needs and service gaps.
- Gather and record customer feedback and local market information to help improve our products and services.
- Assist with local delivery, basic product setup and assembly, product demonstrations and customer education.
- Support measurements, easy non-regulated product assistance and after-sales visits when required.
- Communicate with suppliers and qualified service providers and follow up on orders or service requests.
- Maintain accurate customer, activity and service records.
- Support other day-to-day operational tasks as the business develops.
Initial Focus
During the initial 1–2 months, the role will place increased emphasis on community outreach, customer discovery and local market feedback to help identify unmet needs and support the development of CommunityFix’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Comfortable communicating with customers in English.
- Reliable, proactive and willing to work both in the office and in the community.
- Patient and respectful when working with seniors, families and other customers.
- Basic computer and record-keeping skills.
- Comfortable learning new household and mobility-related products.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools, assisting with product setup and assembly, and occasionally lifting items up to 20 kg (44 lb).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, community services, retail, home support, product support, delivery/setup or a related field is an asset.
- Valid Alberta Class 5 driver's licence and reliable transportation are assets.
- Additional languages are an asset but are not required.
Position Details
- Full-time, permanent
- 40 hours per week
- $21.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional scheduling adjustments based on customer needs
- In-person position in Lethbridge, Alberta
Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
