We're an established, growing Calgary company that makes custom branded products for businesses and online customers across North America. We're a small team where every person's work matters, and we're hiring someone we can grow into a leadership role.

The role

We're looking for an organized, hard-working person to help keep daily operations running. At first you'll learn the whole workflow hands-on. Once you've shown what you can do, the plan is to grow you into an Operations Manager role that leads the team day to day.

What you'll do

- Coordinate daily production and fulfillment so orders go out accurately and on time
- Check order details and customer specifications before production starts. Catch mistakes before they cost us.
- Track inventory and supplies, and flag reorders early
- Keep order status and records up to date in our internal systems
- Work with the team on priorities, schedules and deadlines
- Spot problems in the process and suggest fixes
- Over time, take on scheduling, training and leading team members

What we're looking for





- Management or supervisory experience (retail, warehouse, restaurant, production or similar)
- Very detail-oriented. You notice the typo, the wrong color and the missing item.
- Solid work ethic and ownership. You finish what you start without being chased.
- Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets and learning new software
- Clear communication in English
- Nice to have, not required: experience in e-commerce, fulfillment or production

Compensation and growth

- $18–$21/hr to start, depending on experience
- Performance bonus based on accuracy, reliability and results
- Full-time position confirmed after a successful 3-month probation
- A clear path to Operations Manager, with pay to match
