Operations Manager: Run the #1 Real Estate Team in Victoria

$70,000–$100,000 base salary + $5,000–$15,000 annual bonus

Pinnacle Homes Group is the #1 real estate team in Victoria and a Top 12 eXp Realty team in Canada. We have 11 agents serving all 13 municipalities of Greater Victoria, more than 800 homes sold, and a sister company, TOCO Developments, building new homes in the region. Next, we're expanding into new markets.

To get there, we need an Operations Manager who will run the business day to day so our owners can focus on growth.

What you'll do

- Lead our operations team: Office Manager, Transaction Coordinator, Marketing Manager, and Photographer
- Build explicit KPIs, scorecards, and weekly accountability rhythms for every role, then hold the team to them
- Coach, develop, and manage performance, and recommend staffing changes when needed
- Find the bottlenecks, then fix them with systems, SOPs, and automation
- Build AI tools that do real work: custom Claude and Grok assistants, prompt libraries, and n8n automations that remove manual tasks across the business
- Own the operating budget in QuickBooks and report on profit, costs, and team output
- Coordinate TOCO Developments projects as they grow: timelines, budgets, consultants, and municipal approvals
- Be the owners' right hand: take a problem off their plate, solve it, and turn the solution into a system

What you bring

- 3+ years leading a team in an operations, office, or business management role
- A track record of building KPIs, SOPs, or systems from scratch, not just following them
- Hands-on experience building with AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, or similar) and automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make)
- Confidence in Google Workspace and QuickBooks
- The backbone to have direct conversations about performance,



and the judgment to keep a good culture intact while doing it
- Precision with details, numbers, and deadlines

Bonus points

- Real estate team or brokerage operations experience
- Construction, development, or project coordination experience
- Familiarity with Follow Up Boss or other real estate CRMs
