About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include:

- Scheduling appointments and managing patient records accurately and efficiently.

- Performing diagnostic imaging and testing, including visual fields, OCT, and retinal photography.

- Conducting contact lens training for soft lenses and specialty lenses.

- Handling insurance billings and processing payments.

- Maintaining a clean and organized clinical space.





- The ability to transition from patient flow to guiding patients through frame selections and lens education based on Doctor recommendations and patient needs.

- Feeling confident to fit, adjust and repair eyewear.

Qualifications:

- Completion of the CCOA course is preferred, but not required.

- Hands-on experience with optical dispensing is preferred, but training will be provided to the ideal candidate
