We have a well established practice with locations in Richmond Hill (Bathurst & King Road) & Bradford (Holland St). This position is for a maternity leave position the Richmond Hill location.

Position Overview

We are seeking a diligent and responsible Orthodontic Hygienist to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing high-quality orthodontic care, maintaining patient comfort, and contributing to a collaborative and enjoyable workplace.

All work is done in person. This is a maternity leave position, part time position. The hours are Monday & Tuesday: 7:30am-5:30pm & Wednesday: 8:30am-6:30pm.

Training

This position is for our Richmond Hill office, however the first one month of training will be conducted in the Bradford location.

Key Responsibilities

Perform orthodontic adjustments, and treatments

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and orthodontic care

Work closely with orthodontists and other team members to develop and implement treatment plans





Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards

Foster a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and colleagues

Qualifications

Valid dental hygiene license (required)

Certification in orthodontics (preferred)

Preference given to those with experience in orthodontic hygiene

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong team player with a positive attitude

Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
