We are looking for a motivated and confident individual to make outbound calls to potential buyers and sellers. ( DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT QUALIFED )

✅ Job Responsibilities:

- Make a minimum of 200 calls per day
- Use our CRM system (training provided)
- Qualify leads based on their real estate needs
- Collect key information and pass qualified leads to the manager
- Follow scripts and stay professional on every call
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products(Pre-Construction) and Real Estate Services.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Willing to work on real estate agreement, paper works along with daily calls

Requirements:

- Good spoken English and communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Prior experience in sales or real estate (preferred but not required)

Their Role Is To:

- Ask qualifying questions:
- “Are you working with any agent currently?”
- “What’s your budget or timeline to move?”
- “Is your home already listed or are you just exploring?”
- Collect info like contact, motivation,



price range, and location
- Update notes in CRM and pass hot leads to the sales manager (you)

Example : Following Up with Internet Leads (Buyer/Seller Inquiry Forms)

Goal: Qualify lead and schedule appointment

Script Example:

Hi, this is [Name] You had shown interest in [property/city/area] recently—are you still looking to buy or sell? I’d love to understand your plans and see how we can assist.

Calling Renters from a Rental List

Goal: Convert to first-time buyers

Script Example:

“Hi, I’m calling about your rental at [Location]. Just curious—have you thought about owning instead of renting? We’re helping many renters make the move into homeownership with low down payment options.”
