Snow Cap Enterprises is a family-owned BC business that has supplied fine baking ingredients and food service products for close to 50 years. Our customers count on us for knowledgeable service, dependable supply, and people who take the time to understand their businesses.

We’re looking for an Outside Sales Representative who enjoys getting out to meet customers, finding practical solutions, and turning new connections into lasting relationships. You’ll look after existing accounts while developing new business with food service and independent retail customers across the Lower Mainland. You’ll have the support of our Sales, Order Desk, and other teams to help you deliver on what you promise.

What you’ll do

- Build strong relationships with existing customers, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to grow their business with Snow Cap.
- Find and connect with prospective customers through planned outreach, visits, referrals, and follow-up.




- Plan your territory and sales activity to meet targets while providing attentive service to current accounts.
- Introduce products and recommend solutions that fit each customer’s business.
- Keep accurate records of customer contacts, opportunities, and sales activity.
- Work with the Order Desk and other departments to resolve issues and support accurate, timely orders.
- Share customer feedback and stay informed about our products, the market, and competitors.
- Represent Snow Cap professionally and ethically in every interaction.

What you bring

- At least two years of sales experience; experience in food service is an asset.
- A genuine interest in building customer relationships and developing new business.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
- Confidence working independently on the road and collaborating with colleagues across the company.
- Comfort using Microsoft Office and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Baking or culinary experience is an asset. Post-secondary education is welcome, and we’ll consider a combination of relevant education and experience.
