Job ID: 26-37905 / S2V79N** Introduction This role involves working with Microsoft applications to deliver enterprise-level solutions in a work from home model for the travel and transportation industry. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Microsoft applications, cloud services, and infrastructure management, ensuring the seamless operation and support of critical business systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), including forest/domain design, FSMO roles, DNS, Kerberos (KRB5), and Group Policy.
- Strong experience in deploying, configuring, administering, and troubleshooting Windows Server domain controllers in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for deploying and operating Windows Server domain controllers on Google Compute Engine (GCE), including multi-zone high availability.
- Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible for repeatable, standardized, and auditable infrastructure builds.
- Experience with privileged access management solutions such as CyberArk PSM and secure administrative access mechanisms.
- Prior work experience at a client or in the client's industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

- Experience designing and supporting highly available Active Directory environments across multiple GCP zones.




- Experience with PowerShell automation for Windows Server and Active Directory administration.
- Experience with enterprise security, privileged access controls, auditing, and compliance.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain Active Directory Domain Services, including forest/domain architecture, FSMO roles, DNS, Kerberos, and Group Policy.
- Deploy and operate Windows Server domain controllers on GCP/GCE.
- Configure and maintain multi-zone high-availability domain-controller environments.
- Troubleshoot AD replication, DNS, authentication, Kerberos, Group Policy, and domain-controller issues.
- Build and maintain repeatable infrastructure using Terraform and Ansible.
- Ensure infrastructure deployments are standardized, repeatable, and auditable.
- Support secure administrative access using CyberArk PSM and bastion/brokered access.
- Perform Windows Server and AD maintenance, patching, upgrades, and configuration changes.
- Support incident, problem, and change management activities related to AD and Windows infrastructure.
- Monitor system health, investigate issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
- Maintain technical documentation for AD architecture, GCP infrastructure, configurations, and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams to support enterprise requirements.
