Market of Stars is a heart-led clothing brand rooted in storytelling, beauty, and thoughtful design. We’re looking for a steady, detail-oriented person to pack and ship our orders out to the world. We’re a small team of women who love to collaborate, laugh, and share our day together — and we’d love to find someone who fits right in.

This is a hands-on, in-person role centred on packing and shipping, with general studio support mixed in.

Schedule: 3 days per week (approx. 15–20 hours) | In-person | Long-term position

Responsibilities:

— Packing and shipping orders accurately and efficiently

— General studio support and keeping things tidy and running smoothly

— Willingness to jump in where needed

You Might Be a Good Fit If You:

— Are organized, reliable, and calm on busy shipping days

— Have excellent attention to detail

— Take initiative and notice what needs doing

— Work carefully and consistently with repetitive tasks





— Enjoy being part of a small, in-person team

— Can perform light physical work, including lifting boxes and using a stepstool

— Communicate clearly and kindly

Experience with shipping and Shopify or shipping platforms is an asset, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person.

Location: Based in our studio in Nanoose Bay, BC. Applicants must be able to work on-site.
