VON is seeking a Palliative Pain and Symptom Management Consultant (PPSMC) to strengthen front-line care and expand education and resources across the system. You will provide expert advisory support, lead seminars, and connect teams with evidence-based palliative resources to improve client outcomes.

In this role, you will engage in regional strategic planning, participate in PCCN meetings, and contribute to quality improvement efforts.
