THE REQUIREMENTS

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Paralegal Studies or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Demonstrated competence in working with law firm software (e.g. Unity Accounting, Esilaw, Clio, Monday.com) or similar databases
- High-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe applications
- An aptitude for effective communication, problem solving, and analytical skills




- Be comfortable with change and have the ability to adapt as needed
- Uphold a solid work ethic, good judgment, professional appearance, and a positive demeanor
- Ability to work independently
- Hold the ability to follow established office procedures
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Valid Driver's License and Vehicle required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
