- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and care
- Handle food preparation and serving duties, including assembling snacks, pastries, and light meals
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, adhering to food safety standards
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Manage cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and cash handling procedures




- Assist in food safety practices by following proper food handling protocols and hygiene standards

Requirements

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly between tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Reliable attendance with a flexible schedule to accommodate part time hours
