Part-Time Building Operator

Bridge Facility Services Ltd. is looking for an experienced Part-Time Building Operator for a temporary commercial property assignment in Vancouver.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday
- Approximately 4 hours per day
- Preferred schedule: 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Excluding statutory holidays
- Temporary assignment expected to last approximately 1 to 3 months, with the possibility of extension

Responsibilities
- General day-to-day building operations and maintenance
- Monitor and operate building systems
- Respond to tenant and operational requests
- Perform routine inspections and minor maintenance
- Assist with building access and security-related systems
- Work with the site's existing building operations team
- Identify and report maintenance or equipment concerns

Preferred Experience




- Previous Building Operator or commercial property maintenance experience
- Familiarity with DDC/building automation systems
- Experience with access control systems
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong troubleshooting and general maintenance skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to communicate effectively with property management and tenants

This is a good opportunity for an experienced Building Operator looking for consistent weekday part-time hours. Job Type: Temporary, Part-time
