Duties

- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
- Follow established recipes and food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are maintained
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients for service
- Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and notify management when supplies need replenishing




- Adhere to all food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices throughout the shift

Experience

- Prior food service experience in a restaurant or similar setting is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal assembly
- Knowledge of food handling safety standards and hygiene protocols
- Familiarity with serving procedures in fast-paced environments
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a busy kitchen setting
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in meal presentation and cleanliness
