Role Description:
You will be working hands on with a contractor with 19 years experience in home renovations. The majority of our leads come from a local emergency plumbing company. They smash up walls and ceilings to fix the pipes, we come in after to fix it.
This requires drywall installation, plastering, painting, and often stippling, or stipple removal. There is often tile repair, trim work, watersealing and shower door installations. These clients commonly want handyman services added on while we’re there; doorhandles, patio repairs, etc.
We also tackle larger projects like whole bathroom or basement renovations from start to finish. If you’re green, great. We’ll train you up. You’ll get exposed to constantly changing tasks and environments, and develop a general knowledge of how homes work.
If you have experience in one or more of these areas, we’ll maximize your potential and provide room to expand.
Key Responsibilities: (depending on ability)
- Perform controlled demolition and handle debris removal safely.
- Load, unload, and stage building materials and tools at job sites.
- Protect client property by prepping work areas and maintaining a clean environment throughout the repair process.
- Execute daily site setup and end-of-day cleanup to maintain a safe, organized work environment.

- Tools: Bring at least the basic construction tools such as pouch, hammer, measuring tape, knife, pencil (if you’re green, we can discuss)
