Overview

We are looking for a part-time delivery driver to operate a 5-ton truck pulling a hydraulic lift roller trailer and flat decks. You'll deliver irregular loads (trusses, floor packages, etc.) locally and throughout the BC Interior.

When you're not hauling, the ability to work as a production labourer is a big plus.

The Driver we are looking for:

- Is based in Kamloops
- Is physically able to:
- (a) Navigate heights and uneven surfaces while loading and unloading
- (b) Reliably lift up to 50 lbs and manipulate loads
- (c) Strap loads efficiently and in line with safety regulations
- Holds a Class 1 licence, or a Class 5 licence with a heavy trailer endorsement




- Has a clean driver's abstract
- Is adept with electronic logging devices (ELD)
- Can supply job references upon request
- Has forklift experience (a definite asset)
- Has a skilled demeanor, as you are the "face" of the company

Benefits: Available after the probationary period is complete. Work location: Based in Kamloops. deliveries within BC Interior, Home every night.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
