Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential clients.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Utilize effective communication skills to explain product offerings clearly and persuasively.
- Assist in merchandising efforts by organizing displays and maintaining an attractive retail environment.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Employ basic math skills for processing sales and managing inventory levels.
- Manage time efficiently to meet customer needs while maintaining a productive workflow.




- Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.
- Upsell products based on customer needs and preferences, contributing to increased sales revenue.

Experience

- Proven experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred, showcasing a successful track record in achieving sales goals.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is advantageous for efficient transaction processing.
- Strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
