We’re looking for a personable, experienced individual with a wellness mindset and the confidence to recommend and sell our services and products.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services, and assisting in the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong ability to engage with customers, ensuring they have a positive experience while exploring our offerings. Salon experience an asset but not mandatory.

The role

- Introduce clients to red light and body contouring programs, UV tanning, spray tanning, and infrared sauna.
- Recommend suitable sessions, packages, lotions, and associated products.
- Build client relationships through friendly, attentive service.
- Manage appointments and payments.
- Clean and prepare equipment and keep the salon organized.

What we’re looking for

- Experience in wellness, beauty, fitness, retail sales, or customer service.
- A genuine interest in wellness and helping clients.
- Confidence discussing prices, recommending packages, and closing sales.
- Reliability, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Interest in a long-term position with an established business.

Schedule and compensation Two to three days per week, with availability for shifts from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. The schedule may include one weekend day. Friday availability is particularly important, with some scheduling flexibility.





Compensation includes an hourly wage plus sales commission.

Applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Duties

- Selling tanning and red light/infrared packages, sessions and lotions/products.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product and service recommendations.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Assist customers with the purchasing process, including operating the POS system for transactions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing salon to enhance the customer experience. Cleaning the equipment, rooms, and salon in general following strict techniques and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work setting.
- Provide clear communication in English.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Creating accounts. Use of Salon Touch software. Answering phone. Booking appointments. Laundry. Nightly cash out.
- Undergo basic training and completion of Smart Tan certification upon hire.

Skills

- Proven experience in sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain store presentation.




- Ability to conduct engaging product/service demos that highlight key features and benefits.
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- A proactive attitude towards learning about new products/services and staying updated on industry trends.
