Part-Time Surgical Coordinator – Outpatient Urology Clinic

We are a busy and growing outpatient urology clinic seeking an experienced Surgical Coordinator to join our team 3 days per week.

This position would be an excellent fit for someone with previous AHS, hospital, surgical booking, or Connect Care experience who is looking for a consistent part-time position in a collaborative outpatient clinic.

Pay: $27–$32/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Part-time – 3 days/week, in clinic

What You’ll Do:

- Coordinate and schedule urology surgeries and procedures
- Manage surgical waitlists and booking requirements
- Prepare and submit surgical booking packages and documentation
- Communicate surgical dates, instructions, and pre-operative requirements with patients
- Coordinate with surgeons, hospital OR booking departments, and clinic staff
- Follow up on pre-operative testing, documentation, and outstanding requirements
- Maintain accurate patient information and surgical records




- Help ensure patients have a smooth experience from surgical decision through to their procedure

Who We’re Looking For:

- Previous surgical booking or surgical coordination experience is strongly preferred
- Connect Care experience is a significant asset
- Experience within AHS, a hospital surgical program, or a specialist clinic is an asset
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and surgical workflows
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple surgical bookings, deadlines, and priorities
- Excellent telephone and patient communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
