Join MCC BC's Powell River Thrift Shop as a part-time Thrift Shop Associate. Manage diverse responsibilities from customer service to inventory management while adding value to your community. This position focuses on both back-of-house and front-of-house operations at MCC BC.

You'll engage with customers while processing donations, stocking shelves, and maintaining a welcoming retail workplace. Your collaborative efforts with volunteers and colleagues will support organization objectives and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and assess incoming inventory donations
- Process, price, and stage inventory for retail
- Provide excellent customer service on the sales floor
- Handle cash, operate till systems, and manage transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all shop areas Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience
- Knowledge of second-hand merchandise is an asset
- Commitment to a Christian faith and values
- Satisfactory criminal record check
