Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies
- Ensure all areas of the room are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to management promptly
- Restock amenities such as towels, toiletries, and linens to ensure guest satisfaction
- Follow established procedures for industrial cleaning and custodial tasks to maximize efficiency and hygiene
- Maintain a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with guests and team members
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation policies at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial procedures is a plus
