Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Parts and Service Advisor to join our automotive team! In this vital role, you will serve as the friendly face of our dealership’s parts and service department, guiding customers through their vehicle maintenance and repair needs with energy and professionalism. Your expertise will ensure customers receive exceptional service, accurate parts recommendations, and effective solutions for their automotive concerns.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assess their vehicle service needs with enthusiasm and clarity
- Provide expert advice on parts replacement, repair options, and maintenance services based on customer requests and vehicle requirements
- Upsell additional services or parts that enhance vehicle performance and customer satisfaction while maintaining transparency
- Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, invoicing, and issuing receipts in a timely manner
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely parts availability and effective service delivery
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and service orders for accountability and follow-up




- Stay informed about the latest automotive parts, repair techniques, and dealership promotions to better assist customers

Experience

- Previous dealership experience is highly preferred, providing familiarity with automotive sales processes and customer interactions
- Mechanic experience or mechanical knowledge is a strong asset, enabling better understanding of vehicle repairs and parts compatibility
- Proven ability in customer service roles with excellent communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities while prioritizing customer needs
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures to ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes enhances ability to advise customers effectively on their vehicle needs

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
