As a Parts Driver / Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will be responsible for the safe and timely movement of automotive parts, as well as supporting the day-to-day operations of our Parts Department.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver and pick up automotive parts from suppliers, dealerships and body shops

- Load and unload parts and ensure they are handled safely and securely

- Receive incoming parts and verify shipments against invoices and packing slips

- Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, and discrepancies

- Organize and put away incoming parts in the appropriate locations

- Prepare outgoing parts and shipments for delivery

- Maintain an organized and clean shipping/receiving area

- Assist with inventory organization and parts movement throughout the dealership

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and received shipments





- Communicate professionally with customers, suppliers, and other Finch Auto Group employees

- Follow all company, transportation, and workplace safety procedures

- Perform other duties within the Parts Department as required

What We're Looking For

- Valid G driver's licence with a clean driving record

- Previous automotive, parts, delivery, warehouse, or shipping/receiving experience is an asset

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

- Comfortable lifting and moving automotive parts and packages

- Good attention to detail

- Professional and friendly communication skills

- Ability to work independently while also being a team player

- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

- Basic computer skills

- Willingness to learn automotive parts and dealership processes
