BayCare's 12-month Pediatric RN Residency helps new graduate nurses confidently transition into professional practice.

- Residency Details

- Start Date: February 15th, 2027
- Schedule: Night shifts, 6:45pm-7:15am
- Possible Units May Include:
- Pulmonary
- Neurology and GI
- Hematology/Oncology
- Cardiac Stepdown
- Pediatric Float Team

- Qualifications

- Associate degree in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- BSN preferred
- Less than six months of RN experience by February 15th, 2027
- Active RN license in Florida by February 1st, 2027.
- Current BLS certification
