Lead impactful projects with the Department of Communities, Culture, Tourism & Heritage as a Project Coordinator in Halifax. Provide essential program coordination and support to executive leadership and divisional priorities. As a member of the Communities, Sport and Recreation team, you will oversee project coordination, operational support, and financial processes.
This role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least one year of relevant experience, along with solid skills in program management and client services. Collaborating effectively with internal and external partners will be a key part of your success. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for corporate project planning and implementation
- Manage program coordination and research support
- Analyze data and develop business cases for decision-making
- Prepare performance and financial reports as needed
- Support issues management and create tracking systems Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with one year related experience
- Program management and client service experience
- Ability to develop workback plans and manage budgets
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
